Something Is Seriously Wrong with Joe Biden (msn.com)

And maybe why Jill made the trip to Nashville. She does seem highly involved with Joe's needs, maybe like the "coach" in the video.

Well the parties presented an incompetent but cunning crook, and an elderly long term politician in his latter years as candidates. And neither of them are likely completely competent but in different ways. So you got the rusted on, or traditional partisan vote. And neither of them are likely completely competent but in different ways. Careful over there.

He's not too bad in routine situations such as the halls of the Whitehouse but looks especially befuddled, wide eyed, and lost in new environments. The Dems need to find a new candidate.
There is no rational, logical, or physical description of how free will could exist. It therefore makes no sense to praise or condemn anyone on the grounds they are a free willed self that made one choice but could have chosen something else. There is no evidence that such a situation is possible in our Universe. Demonstrate otherwise and I will be thrilled.

Absolutely nothing out of the ordinary in that video. I once watched Ken Griffey entering an Alaska Airlines facility for a meet-and-greet with some employees and scholarship winners. His escort whispered where to turn who was on the right, where the MC was, etc. It was carefully choreographed for the cameras.

I wonder what the author’s take on TFG was. I won’t argue he acts his age, I would prefer a younger Joe and ideally a different prezdent but he is where we’re at given the electorate. Biden knows undermining the chain of command and institutions of national security and democracy is a no no which TFG had no problem doing. The empire won’t last forever.

Every, and I mean EVERY freakin’ celebrity or politician from Boebert to Tom Cruise, has an escort like that in photo ops in places they’ve never been.

This is nothing more than Republican misinformation.

Maybe, could also be an enterprising author keeping his name in daily news with a topic that has relevance. Our prezdent isn’t as youthful and quick as GW, not as cunning as Cheney, not as destructive as TFG.

The political parties would like us to believe that. Polls indicate that the majority would like to be elsewhere.

Imagine if Biden’s family was in the Whitehouse opening up ad hoc foreign relations with other countries then later benefitted from billion dollar investments with those countries? That Joe is so boring.

Yes, this. And the OP has fallen for the spin. Between Joe, and the staff his long experience equipped him to assemble, the Biden Administration is doing a lot of good work, and getting some things done in the face of intransigent Republican nihilists, ideologues, and liars... willing the burn the whole thing down for power.

I think speculating on Biden's health is a fool's path. No one seemed to care when Trump had trouble drinking out of a glass, or walking down a ramp.

Roosevelt couldn't walk, but I, for one, am glad he was in office when he was.
"Banning books in spite of the 1st amendment, but refusing to regulate guns in spite of "well regulated militia' being in the 2nd amendment makes no sense. Can't think of anyone ever shot by a book

Pretty much anyone who tours a large manufacturing facility is given a guided escort/tour, told where not to go, and when to stop,
When a photo op and a potus is involved, of course they have "marks" for where the guest stops, turns, steps forward, turns again and faces the crowd/cameras.
I've toured large manufacturing plants as a person who was interested in a corporate art installation project. I got the same treatment sans the crowds and cameras.
    Big deal.

It's all part of the divide and rule RW/religious agenda leading up to the election..

An incompetent but cunning crook and an incompetent senile loser who has been a f—kup for his entire long and storied career, who has picked an even less competent VP. I think Obama picked Biden as VP as insurance against anyone trying to remove him from office. Get rid of Obama and you end up with Biden. I think Biden was using the same playbook when he picked Kamala Harris. We can all hope we won’t see a repeat of the same train wreck next year.

No doubt they are scheming for ways to have him walk the plank. They need to figure out how to send Kamala right behind him. Either his senility or his corruption will probably do him in. Not much of a bench though.

Gotta love a Republican pretending to be worried that Biden might be incompetent too. The average earthworm would have done a much better job than TFG.

I like Biden. I was disappointed when he got the Dem nomination but pleasantly surprised at how well he has done as president. Just guessing but at his current rate of decline I suspect he has both the marbles and the physical energy to keep going for a while yet. But another four years? Not so sure about that. The Republican front runners are all awful, imho.

An old man. Still sharp but definitely a slower thinker than he once was. A natural part of a healthy ageing process. I know and have known men and women whose powers of reasoning and logic and abilities to make sensible decisions have been only marginally diminished well into their late 80-ies or even further though after 75 the process speed of their brains only went downhill.

The unfortunate part is that what is left of his once sharp mind is still magnitudes sharper than the minds of any other candidate..................

I wish people were as concerned with the various mental issues of the Trump as they are with the natural ageing process of old man Joe.

My problem with Biden is his age, he's too young and capricious.

I knew Roosevelt, and Biden is no Roosevelt. (To steal a phrase.)

The issue should not be comparing Biden to the incompetent Republicans. I knew that Trump v. Clinton was a test to see if there was anyone Trump could beat. Trump v. Biden was a test to see if there was anyone else Trump could beat.

The country needs someone who is unhappy with the progress the country is making. Someone who will have coattails broad enough to get a majority in Congress. Someone who is willing to unmask the lie of the filibuster. Someone who knows how to write laws that accomplish the goals intended.

It is time to find someone who is going to do the office proud. Neither party is willing.

As compared to Trump, who may be the GOP nominee?

Biden has never had anything close to a sharp mind. Remember when Obama warned against underestimating his ability to F- things up? Nobody is underestimating that ability now.

But the Democrats make the promise. That includes those here who insist that it only takes a filibuster preventing majority. And shout vote against every Republican.

I don't believe anything will change.

You knew Roosevelt? You must be spitting out earth worms buddy!
Presidents don't write laws, they either approve them, or veto them. They may suggest laws that congresspeople then make into bills, which then get passed to the senate before the POTUS makes a decision, but aside from executive orders, which are not laws, the POTUS does not make them.
