    i find these elections excruciating. not a fan. but i guess it's the kind of thing people do.

    i have voted and if my preferred candidate doesn't win i am storming the capitol.

    Just hypothetically... suppose a fellow voted for himself (like W'tom seems to have). Not wanting to be left with zero votes, you understand. And now it's gotten silly. Election fraudsters have rigged it so it is now tied. Is it possible to now change that vote, so Joe can have a turn?
