    Default chocolate chip cookies

These are the best I've had, lots of chocolate chunks they have an intense choc flavor, perfect with a shot of espresso for breakfast. I prefer them without the sea salt.

Way too much chocolate. I prefer tollhouse type with Ghirardelli dark bits.

I'm a chocoholic. No such thing as "too much", but I do like the tollhouse type, too

Guittard. Way too much wax in Ghirardelli. Just look at them in the light. Yuck.

Our mainstay is Alton Brown's "The Chewy" recipe

With Guittard dark chocolate. I sometimes salt half of them for myself, but the girls prefer unsalted.

Once I used walnuts and salt. Once.

I like cocoa in my coffee, too, but when it comes to chocolate chip cookies, I like the cowboy cookies my wife makes. Chocolate chips, nuts, coconut, oatmeal, and the usual cookie ingredients. I only get them once a year.
