despite starting out so cool; he lost me at, "don't ever go back to first when you're rolling"
Simpler is better, except when complicated looks really cool.
So this YouTuber is the Brother of the OG YouTube superstar Casey Neistat. Casey linked his brothers page when Van started his channel since I've been a Casey subscriber for a decade I figured I would give the brother a shot since they both worked together of the Neistat Brothers their failed HBO series.
After about 5 videos I realized this Van guy is a bit of a weird nut, but what really started to annoy me. Mostly because he has PISS POOR design and manufacturing skills. Everything is jerry rigged ( actually there is a great YouTube guy with that channel https://www.youtube.com/@JerryRigEverything ) Van just annoyed me with his duck taped and crude cut wood and screws, especially with making thing that are already produced much better it seems like he just wants to make crap it started frustrating my design esthetic.
Now Casey kinda has the same poor workmanship slap it together esthetic but his story telling is SOOOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER
OK rant over - Now I have to go to PT and get tortured.
This post is temporary and my disappear at the discretion of the managment

I miss driving stick. My wife misses it, too. However, my hybrid is much better technology and it's a small price to pay.

I have fond memoris of the Fiat & the Alfa at the track... and rowing that thing to make up ground or stretch a lead. Or out on the mountain roads... just trying to maximize performance, and hoping not to get intimate with any deer.

Shocking technique. Riding the clutch pedal wears out the clutch release bearing and pressure plate. Change gear foot off clutch.
