My daffodil planting mania a few years ago is coming up great. On the edge of the deck I’ve got little daffodils w yellow centers and orange centers.

I remember spring in Virginia when I was a grad student at W&M and all the years growing up in Maryland. It's the one season up here that just does not measure up to my youth. I remember the cherry blossoms and the flowers.Originally Posted by SKIP KILPATRICK

Plenty of snow on the ground and another 12" predicted for next week.
I'm loving it! I just bought new skis and boots and will hopefully be skiing well into April.
Spring and summer will come soon enough. I'm in no hurry.
Our daughter lives in northern Virginia and it is indeed beautiful there now. Come summer and it turns into hell on earth with the heat and humidity.
I was born on a wooden boat that I built myself.
Skiing is the next best thing to having wings.
