In all seriousness, other than throwing threats and vague accusations, has he said what he objects to? Disney is about as inoffensive as is humanly possible.

An increasingly vague word as it gets tossed around more and more by both sides.

Yeah, but Disney is deliberately asexual. As Robin Williams said, "The mouse has no genitals!"

Well, true. DeSantis gets no support from me. He's just looking for scapegoat so he can look tough. I hope Disney flexes its muscle and puts him down like a rabid dog.

Yeah. Although.... the 'one thing' DeSantis wants/needs, is push-back from 'the woke'. Without that, I think he flops in the wind.

Disney hires a lot of . . . not straight people. In their theme parks. In their films. On Broadway.

As a woman friend told me when I were 19 and whining about the lack of girls in my life, "You should study musical theater -- all the women are straight, and nearly all the men are gay! You'd be in like Flint."

Worse, The Mouse has learned to support, and to stand up for their LGBTQ employees.

If the current anti drag law being voted on in Tennessee passes it wont happen again. The law bans male and female impersonation in any form.
What scares me about DeSantis is the knock on effect of the rest of the GOP wing nuts following his lead and pushing the envelope of Nazism, bigotry, homophobia etc.
