Kellyanne worked for Trump - press secretary. George is/was a liberal & outspoken in his dislike of Trump. No one ever understood how they could live together.

George has a lot of work to do before he can be called a liberal.

He saw the light, she didn't.

He was pro Trump, but quickly got disalusioned and followed his ethics. She, not.

You're right. Guess that means he's a RINO?

In today's world RINO = some semblance of sanity.

George is a Harvard grad. Yale Law. He does have the credentials.

Kellyanne has been a pistol. He did stick with her as she has gone through both her career choices and change of life. Not respecting your partner ethical choices and dealing with the zaniness of the changes a woman goes through - I could not imagine how reconciliation could happen for the next phase of a
    couples life together.

Both have enjoyed being front and center media stars or interests - I suspect many gave them an inflated sense of importance and desirability. Poison in moments of personal challenges and the usual time normal folks work on personal connections with life partners.
Without friends none of this is possible.

George's not so stupid as we'd perhaps think either.

Trump posted a nasty congratulatory note to Kellyanne on "dumping" the "albatross." George responded by sweetly saying he was looking forward to seeing Donald next month at the E Jean Carroll trial.

Also suggested today that Trump's cries of "racism" expressed towards him by people like George might really have to do with Trump's identification as Orange, and his anger that people persist in considering him "the hue he was assigned at birth."

I wouldn't be surprised - George is pretty good at firing out one-liners in interviews. Then again, so are a lot of folks in his commentator trade. Carville comes to mind, and Rick Wilson.
