    Default rusbots and xibots

There seems to be at least one of each in a lot of forums and comment sections. I see them in a lot of places I look.

Their MO is the same that we can observe here in the Bilge: show up in any thread that might be critical of their masters. Their posts are aggressive, ranting diversions, full of whatabouts and rabbit holes. Every Western news source lies, but they have insider knowledge and are the only ones telling the truth.

In online discussions of a higher order, where logic is required, they end up isolated and discredited, but this rarely discourages them.

Still, it's an interesting phenomenon. It would seem to be a waste of resources by their paymasters. Their crude methods just reinforce the general opinion about the issues. But maybe they are more effective in more lowbrow sites?

HRD is not a bot or a troll. He is what he says he is; he just adopted a somewhat aggressive tone when he arrived here.

He speaks from a communist state; approvingly. Is he a Communist?

How, given the context, could he not be?

Yet . . . he denies it; what does that tell you about Communism, as it exists? They don't publish manifestoes any more. What does that tell you?

They're keeping mum. They're dummying up, in American. In English: Why?

Forgive my Anglo-Saxon: bull S. He speaks from Communism, from a Communist nation, with a Communist ideology, approvingly. Yet he denies his Communism. What does that tell you about Communism in the 21st century? Not the 19th. Not those ancients. Not those German students, dreaming in their garrets, laboring under all their bull S, which is dead and gone; rather, Now! Again forgive the Anglo-Saxon.

All valid points, but let's not forget that the good old USofA has more than its share of fools, loud mouths, and jack@sses.

Tell that to a native American.

    Watch me. Let's go.

I knew a guy who undertook to be counsel for the Navajo nation. Invaders! Like the Vikings in Northumberland. Athabascans! See, Norman invasion. He told me about winding up in the knee hole of a desk, for cover, with guys with rifles standing round, only thinking, should I shoot?.

The conversation began with how to choose, and how to employ F ing rug protectors; you know, plastic to save the rug from undure wear. Make sure it covers the F ing knee holes.

Your declaritive statements appear lacking a conversational reference so I thought I’d toss out an aphorism as well.

I don't understand. This stuff is centuries old. It's your culture, it's your heritage; by its own terms, the common heritage of homo sapiens. Where shall I begin? Tell me. I'll tell it from there, backwards, forwards and sideways. You will become tired of hearing it; but just remember, you asked.

In any case, you live by it, God Damn it. Everything you possess, every thing you are.

AFA HRD and defense by AC-B - notice you seem in the minority on this one? I recall, a long time ago, a similar scenario..... Italy, I think it was.

I'd just suggest - as a friend - consider that 'you might be wrong'!

I don’t think anyone here is a rusbot. I might be wrong but my take is that some folks just like getting themselves and/or others riled up. Like bobbys, owning the libs.

Well if they aren't rusbots....they are missing a hell of an opportunity! Because they would be great mediocre rusbots, if they applied themselves a bit more!

I just took this right outside my house. Do you see any deforestation or fires? None. Zippo. Nada. There is no deforestation in Brazil, despite what you read in the Washington Post. If you dispute this you have been brainwashed.

Also, there is no genocide of indigenous people in Brazil. I am recovering from injuries sustained at a confrontation between Yanomami and gold miners, where I was working to keep the two sides apart. I have front line experience, unlike the rest of you, and besides, the US killed all its Indians back when, and the UK killed millions of its (east) Indians. And on top of that, the Yanomami are corrupt and a lot of them like the gold miners.
