My first cruise, organisational issues

Hi all, I've decided to go on my first ever Cruise. It just so happens to be leaving from Vancouver. And I'm on such a journey that I will soon be landing at LaҐ airport and I have another flight from John F. Kennedy airport in just over an hour. And then I will fly to Vancouver. My questions:

1) How can I get from one airport to another as fast as possible?

2) What would you advise me to bring with me on my cruise?

3) What medication should I take just in case?

To get from the airport to another airport quickly and comfortably, you can use the transportat variations EWR to JFK airport. The best things to take from your first-aid kit are painkillers, anti-inflammatories, motion sickness tablets and tablets for digestive problems.
