He still has his hair & beard so he's not gotten to doing experiments in a pure oxygen atmosphere apparently. Even moderate increase in O2 will dramatically affect the burn rate of carbohydrates & hydrocarbons.

I've watched a few of his videos. It's fun watching how he learns to despise the colour yellow over multiple experiments.

I never really got chemistry when I was at school, have no need to know beyond the basics now, but I do find it fascinating, and not just because sometimes things go boom.
