I found a company that makes large format die cut Mirror Chrome Stickers I think that might be next level I’m getting samples sent to me.
Our custom Mirror Chrome Stickers are printed in full color with white ink onto a 1 mil thick foil, that’s an outdoor polyester film and has an outdoor life for years. We laminate your stickers with an outdoor 2 mil glossy vinyl laminate to protect the print from scratching, UV rays and general wear and tear. We print white seamlessly under every color so your artwork pops brightly when printed (without the white, the colors would blend into the chrome, making them nearly invisible!). Whites printed by themselves appear bright and vibrant, and other colors are printed as-designed rather than blending into the material. Our Mirror Chrome stickers are waterproof, weatherproof and can be used indoors or outdoors.
I was worried about using the Tesla name but there are literally hundreds of Tesla named accessories on amazon so I don’t know.

I would leave Tesla out. If you are successful, you may make faux grills for other cars. What then?
For SEO--no one is going to search your company name, unless you are coke, grumman or ...tesla!
Go for what the product or service is, not its name.
