    Default C-19 booster #3

Got the latest vaccination booster yesterday afternoon (this brings me to a grand total of 4). Good thing I didn't have anything more important than baking fruitcake on the agenda for today because it has kicked my butt pretty well. Like a bad hangover without getting to have the fun night before.

Dang, I had to look mine up. Total of 5 shots for covid and 1 for flu. Never had an adverse reaction.

I got my 5th a month or so ago & combined it with a flu shot. None of the others bothered me a bit, but this one - maybe because I combined the 2 - kicked me in the butt big time. By the 3rd day I felt fine though.

Got my 5th and it itched and the axillary lymph gland swelled up. Those had not happened before, I took them as signs (symptoms) that the shot had "taken."

I got my 5th COVID shot yesterday. My arm is a bit sore, but not really bothering me. I think the flu shot in October was worse. I tried to get both at same time, but was told that it was too early for Medicare to pay for the COVID shot then.

Mt 5th sent me to bed for a long nap. Arm was sore for a couple of days, that really cut into my kayaking time.

Lucky are those that get whacked by Vac. or booster. It means your immune system is in full force.

I got #5 a couple months ago, and celebrated by catching covid three weeks later. It did keep me out of the hospital, but I'm still getting over it.
