Default 1953 Cedarstrip 14' Row Boat Builders Long shot

Taking a long shot but looking at a 1953 14' cedarstrip row boat tomorrow. The person selling it has it on a trailer but does not know the mfg of the trailer or boat....taking a long shot if anyone knows any mfg's....during that era...best picture I got from the owner

    thanks

There were many manufacturers of boats like this during the 1950s. The seat coverings look new so check if these were originally cane or solid. Your best hope for an identification may depend on locating a serial number. See https://www.wcha.org/forums/index.php?threads/791/ for more information about where to look. Good luck, get some better pictures, and let us know what you find,

To me it is missing a number of OldTown details.

OldTown typically had significant knees on the thwarts, like this one of mine (1954).
I would also post on the WCHA web site.
