I like the classics, but I'm open to learning. I do think it would nice to invent some modern cussing that gets away from the purely scatological. I get why we've linguistically co-opted feces to describe a bad thing, but why, FFS, is the one thing that most people would prolly agree is the single most pleasurable and important activity an adult human undertakes, and is the basis for a lot of our important culture, to be the universally accepted and used modern term for an insult or oath? It should be, according to an ex of mine, not 'fck you' but 'unfck you.'

The USA racial demographics is 13% Black and 6% Asian, according to USA census data.

Thus the Asian students' association is arguing that the admissions profile should reflect a metric in which Asians are represented by more than 28%, and perhaps 1 in 3 students are of Asian heritage.

What metric is it where Asians should be represented by over 5 times their presence in the population?

Who chooses the metric?

The Asian community wants the college to accept students based on "merit", be it grades, or test scores.

But the fight is over which group of rich kids should go to college. One would need to look at the racial demographics of the rich rather than the country.
