    Default Amazing Lunch

We found a new place (itís been here for like 25 years )

Probably one of the best margaritas Iíve ever had.

The oysters were fresh and flavorful

Omg the Fish is amazing. Sea bass with miso sauce, bok choy and rice amazing. The char on the fish is outstanding but still undercooked and delicate

I almost never have lunch, never have. A waste of daylight unless it's lunch with friends.
And food as pleasure is much over rated in my opinion.

That fish looks amazing! Back when Paul Prudhomme launched the blackened fish craze, the only place that got it right was - K Paul's (Prudomme) Kitchen. I make it myself once in a while. Most restaurants just dump a bunch of spices on it and pan fry it.

Simpler is better, except when complicated looks really cool.

    Are we sure of that?

Here are historical red drum landings, showing the big decline began in the 1970s. (Full report here: chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://www.gsmfc.org/publications/profiles/Red%20Drum%20Profile%201984a.pdf)

Prudhomme published his book in 1984. His TV shows aired in the 1990s.

Fun Fact: Emeril Lagasse worked for Prudhomme.

There are two kinds of boaters: those who have run aground, and those who lie about it.
