    Default Drywall Screw Art of a Friend.

    Saw this in a restraunt in Laguna I thought it was super cool.
    It’s hard to see in this photo but each screw was painted and it was also given depth and the length of the screw so it was more sculpture than painting.

    yeah that's exceptional.

    I imagine that the effect when walking past is very interesting as well.

    drywall screws are the lazy and cheap way to do it

    should have used some wrought head nails.

    I looked closely it was hand done each screw was panted and screwed into the panel.

    Probably. Photoshop an image to a low resolution. Reduce it to monochrome. Posterize to the number of shades you want. Dip screws into those shades. Mark up the board and set-to.

    Presumably the hard (rather, time-intensive) part is putting it together.
