    Easy...

The mutual laundry room looks like pig sty. Clothes everywhere dirty or clean can't tell.
Dropped1 lbs of hamburg in the clothes hamper and it disappeared in the clothes that were overflowing. Smelled like a male's laundry room, used an aerisol. She finally noticed after a week
boy friend, walking drunk. mows the lawn barefooted
    Doesn'twork
Screwed up electric bills, says originally she was getting mine. Appears she wasn't
    >and landlord ain't paying her bill
    missing silver
Uszed a 64 oz bottle of laundry dxetergent in one week
Leaves the laundry inthe machine for long lengths of
time and who cares kif I can't do mine.
Left polite notes re NYSEG and billing. Threatened to call the cops. IU was polite saying I didn't want to have my electric turned off.
All she had to do was call the electric company and put the billing in her name.

WAY TOO MUCH TO ASK obviously!

This is the bilge. You risk crucificxion saying anything unkind about these poor, disadvantaged, and downtrodden folks. They didn't have all of your advantages. Give them a donation and help them out.

Itís not worth the bother, and I tried to bow out.

I donít need to try and relate to people who obviously feel Iím beneath them.

Being as Iím poor, and all.

Never said you were any of the sort, that's your thin skin. PEOPLE fit a certain criteria which does not say all in section 8 are not decent people. I gave examples that you olbviously don't fit the mold

A ten point checklist tacked to the laundry room wall would cure these problems.

Some people aren’t salvageable, and it has zero to do with economic standing. Rob, I would trust you to move into my house for a year and wouldn’t think twice about it, knowing it would be in better shape when you left then when you arrived. You are a good man, and everyone here knows that. But there are people, mostly on the bottom of the economic scale, but not exclusively, who would destroy it and think that’s fine and normal.
