Treeguyus, Those fittings look 'similar' to 't track bolts' available from Rockler (no affiliation) or Amazon (no affiliation) - do they need to be a particular metal ?

Any single boat project will always expand to encompass the set of all possible boat projects.

Life is short. Go boating now!

    What a cool boat!

eBay has tons of bronze (which is what I think you pic is) hardware, but it takes a while to sort though it, Here's a search for "bronze" in boat parts (it's a lot of stuff!) https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_fro...e&_sacat=26448

Garrett, thank you we really like the Dory. It was built 1995-2000 by a Lake Mich boat builder. It is unique. It is has a 40 hp Mercury 4 stroke that moves it along at 10-15 knots. We lucked into it on FB Market Place, it needs a bit of cosmetic work but not overwhelming. It is 27' long and has a shallow draft so it can go into the many coves and smaller lakes as well as the larger ones. We are looking forward to working on it. It is a $10,000 build for materials. The structure is amazing in the way he built it

There are two kinds of boaters: those who have run aground, and those who lie about it.
