His last post to facebook was May 5. Found a listing that Dave Gentry Boats was in Harrisonburg, VA. Did a search for Dave Gentry Harrisonburg VA and found this obituary for a Dave Gentry, of Rockingham, burial in Harrisonburg. Don't know if it is the same Dave, does anyone on this site know him a little to know if this is "our" Dave Gentry.

P.S. Wrong Dave, going through the pictures on Dave's facebook page, his wife's name is Anna so the obituary is for someone else named Dave.

Which boat, Rich? I have an unused set of his Chautauqua sailing canoe plans. I'm not likely to use them--they're yours if you want them.

Those links worked for me. One says he's located near Tampa, maybe he's relocating away from hurricane territory?

He put all his plans on Duckworks at some point. If you get digital ones, they are immediate downloads; are you sure that mechanism is not still available? Related, probably Duckworks would be a reasonable place to check up on him, as obviously they have a better way to contact him than various (some of them outdated) websites!

I went looking for that one too!

But a UGO's not shown on Rich's website or among the listings of his designs on Duckworks either but an IGO is shown.

Mystic Seaport has Rushton's original UGO as plans, so there's that.
