Looking around for historical and projected lumber prices. This looked interesting.
Week 35 starts August 29 or so. Fingers crossed nothing unexpected happens.

I am hoping lumber prices continue to drop, and that it showd up at Lowe's, Home Depot, Menard's, BMC etc.
My shop is due to be framed up in about a month and I would like all the pricing help I can get.

Every Republican is an obstacle to progress.
I wonder what the lag time is between lumber prices bottoming out and price reductions at the lumber yard.
I’m skeptical that prices will drop as needed quickly. Too much to be made with a slow roll.
If they choke on inventory, maybe by nov/dec.
