I'm thinking a Swampscott Dory type. I believe there's a hint of a narrow transom in one of those shots. Also appears to be riveted solid planking, not ply. Compare with this link.-DaveComment

I also think dory. There's a double ended one pictured in the Dory Book I think.

I'm guessing the person does not know what he has, judging by the way the halyard is led and the snottie is tied on.
This is my hometown and I should have a peek, but I'm having a hernia surgery tomorrow ....and I need no mo botes.

I agree it looks like a deal. And I think the ID guesses are in the right neighborhood, of not spot on. Are you seriously considering snagging it?David G
