All happening on the Sound of Mull again
Pic from my window- we seem to have a smallish yacht aground on Calve Island. Cargo ship MV Elise is standing by; the Calmac ferry Clansman stopped, but has now continued.
Pic from my window taken 8 minutes ago; no sign of lifeboat yet.
Will keep posted.

Looks like they got her off- Elise has departed; the small cruise ship Elisabeth G is standing by.
Yacht seems to be having steering problems.
ETA: Elisabeth G now towing her into harbour.

Seems like one would have to work fairly hard to run into that island in that weather.

Wind 24 knots southerly, which should have kept her off the island.

ETA: the lifeboat apparently was already on a shout round the other side of Mull.
