Exactly what I was thinking. You get the best of both worlds; use without ownership.

The railings are temp btw. Had weight considerations for transport and instal. I’ll weld up tube railings on site later in the season.

Both are beautiful spots.

I helped build a 100' pier with a ramp at the end to a float a while back. Very satisfying work. If you could set yourself at the right angle, WB was visible across the water.
