Still, will the police who seem to have failed in their duties be held accountable at any level? I don't think so, but they should be standing there alongside Rittenhouse.

Elements required to prove [criminal] conspiracy. You need to prove that:

- At least two parties,
- Have an understanding or mutual agreement,
- To achieve an illegal goal, and
- At least 1 party has taken some overt act in furtherance of that illegal goal.

The understanding or mutual agreement does not need to be in any way formal.
