So Rittenhouse is headed back into court and there are claims that he conspired with police. I suspect it was more of a "wink, wink, nod, nod" sort of thing and not a "sit down and plan it out" cooperation.

Still, will the police who seem to have failed in their duties be held accountable at any level? I don't think so, but they should be standing there alongside Rittenhouse.

A point of information. A "conspiracy theory" is not "conspiacy" in law. They are different things.

One is an idea thought up by idiots, the other is an act carried out by idiots.

Some conspiracies for ill and some for well are carried out competently and succeed. But when idiots conspire there is low comedy amidst the damage.

No conspiracy theories. Add all the cops supporting vigilantes, killing unarmed suspects, & unwilling to support gun laws they don't like to a guy standing in front of a car dealership with a rifle during a riot - what else can you think? Don't tell me no one saw him.

Elements required to prove [criminal] conspiracy. You need to prove that:

    - At least two parties,
    - Have an understanding or mutual agreement,
    - To achieve an illegal goal, and
    - At least 1 party has taken some overt act in furtherance of that illegal goal.

The understanding or mutual agreement does not need to be in any way formal.

AlanMc is well aware of that. He is just pretending to be a pillock. Something he is well practised at.

He knows the difference. After all, why do you think they chose that as the WP sign?

Guys, just call him what he is. A Nazi, or some form of. I'm surprised the forum owners tolerate this sh17. Defending a clear decoration of the belief that ones "race" is superior should be a ban-able offense. We fought a war over this sh17 FFS, a lot of people were murdered, and this clown is making jokes about it.
