Joe, we know you and Renee are under the weather. We hope it's just a head cold. But honestly, you still don't get it. Take a Tylenol, drink some decent rum, have a snooze. Come back to us when your brain is functional.

Sorry I'm sick as a dog and I dont play nice when I'm sick. MMD poking the hornets nest doesn't help, nor will it be forgotten when I'm well.

Some soup and some Nyquil nighty night

Teri Garr is a nut. That's why.

Almond Joy. 'Cause sometimes you feel like a nut, and sometimes you don't.

Plus a monkey to collect them.

Are coconuts actually nuts or Drupes? I love peanuts but they aren't actually nuts.

I hate games like this, because if I was TRULY stranded on a deserted island all I would think about 24/7 is how to built a boat and get off. I wouldn't be wishing for pistachios or coconuts. After I built a shelter and secured some nourishment, Teri Garr would BBQ quite nicely ALL I would be doing is making a boat anyway I could.

It always annoyed me on Gillian’s island they had a boat with a hole in the hull and yet the professor was only able to make radios, cars, and a million stupid things but no one fixed the boat. This thread seems to be in thee same vein as that sitcom.

Every movie from Papillon to Tom Hanks in Castaway has the guy making some sort of boat to get off the island. That would be me, sorry I wouldn't be content just eating and surviving, every fiber of my being would be hellbent on building something that floats, steers and propels.

Well I knew there would be some answers that were pure jest, but I'm curious is you had to eat only one nut day in and day out, what would it be? So Joe, I think you are missing the point and I am amazed that such an innocuous topic can stir up a controversy. There is no right answer.... I do agree with you about Gilligan's Island of course, pretty frustrating show in so many regards, No one was shagging Maryanne, or Ginger? The Skipper never lost a pound? Thurston Howell always had a pressed shirt....

Just a minor point. Peanuts are not nuts, but Snoopy certainly is.

A second vote for Tina Fey. But only if Teri Garr is unavailable.
