the rittenhouse is like a roundhouse, but delivered to the back of a teen girl’s head. style points for patriotic sandals.

Try to follow the plot. I know it’s hard when you don’t have the tools, but try.

Nope. Just saying you should fact check. That’s a kind of important tool sunshine.

Dark humour often isn’t really. It’s social commentary. Your country is a mess.

    Do you mean this?

Comparing visuals from the video and known photographs of Rittenhouse also seems to show that this is the same person. Of course, more than one person can own the same style of shoe, and identifying a person based solely on visual comparisons isn’t always accurate.
To sum things up, videos taken in July 2020 appear to show Rittenhouse punching a woman during an altercation in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Both videographers identified Rittenhouse as the man in the red and blue shorts. However, this identification appears to be based on visual comparisons and circumstantial evidence, so while this video most likely shows Rittenhouse, we can’t say with certainty that this isn’t another person who resembles the 17-year-old accused of shooting and killing two people at a protest.

Yup. That circumstantial and no certainty and unproven. You know. Innocent until proven guilty and all that?

I mean, it might be him. But it might not too. So rather than assuming it is, I wait for more information.

care to make it interesting, cupcake?

how sure are you that “unproven” on snopes is the same as “false”.

has kyle denied being the guy on the video yet. why didn’t tucker ask him about it.

Unproven means not enough info. That’s all. I don’t assume guilt, even of people I don’t like, until a reasonable level of proof is found. How about you sunshine? What’s your standard?

The Tucker interview wasn’t about that was it? It was about the trial. Want to charge him for hitting someone? I mean if it’s him it’s assault right? So why no charges?

Well, the one dead guy was a POS yes. Having viewed his record both in and out of jail, and seen his name on the sex offender registry I’m ok with calling him that. But my standards may be different than yours. It takes a fair amount to reach POS status with me, but raping kids guarantees a place.

But that is independent of and has no bearing on his guilt or innocence in the Rittenhouse case.

"Reason and facts are sacrificed to opinion and myth. Demonstrable falsehoods are circulated and recycled as fact. Narrow minded opinion refuses to be subjected to thought and analysis. Too many now subject events to a prefabricated set of interpretations, usually provided by a biased media source. The myth is more comfortable than the often difficult search for truth."

It's a simple inversion gag, since at the bar the chaser follows the shot(s). Mildly funny made more offensive by the fact that for many it will always be too soon, like all those bad Columbine basketball jokes.
