Nice looking Motor sailor, maybe opportunity?

I went to check on the boat last evening at the Port of Everett and saw this handsome boat on the hard. It is in a fenced area that typically holds boats going for auction and has notice taped to hull but couldn't get close enough to read.
Anyone have any guesses on designer?

Looks very nice - try not to be swayed by looks if you can................................ and have a professional survey done. I saw a beautiful boat down at the Victorian lakes and was going to buy it, was persuaded to have a survey done to find that it had a lot of electrolysis damage that would have cost over 30k to fix. The survey may be just find, then you can enjoy her on choppy water with confidence.

She’s a Concordia Hurricane. She’s been kicking around the area for years being partially restored and then let go again. I looked at her a few years ago. Seemed like a nice boat. I’m not sure why she hasn’t found a good permanent home. There are plenty of photos of her online.
