Question The Millie Hill 20 or Aqua Casa 20?

    Hi guys,

In the recent weeks I've spend my free time browsing small (20' ish) house/shanty boats, because my first choice the "lisa b good" wasn't very stable and suitable for my conditions (sheltered waters/canals but sometimes you can get a bigger wave from passing speed boat or larger cargo ship).

I looked at many many boats including, shanty boat (harrybryan), waterlodge, lisa b good, cape codder, dianne's rose, friend-ship and joliboat (phil), huck finn pontoons, brandy bar, quest, evening song, riverrat and similar (atkin), sampan, retreat, escargot, gypsy, evening hus, gt cruiser and riverwalker.

In the end two boats made the short list:

    - Aqua Casa (20' model): http://www.berkeley-engineering.com/...Houseboat.html

I was wondering if you all have tips/hints/experiences regarding these 2 boat you may want to share?

Thanks for any thoughts on these (or maybe other) boats!
