    Default Bluetooth Toothbrush

So after my last dentist appointment Renee convinced me to start tackling my dental health head on. So we bought these Bluetooth electric toothbrushes . Iím a super competitive guy and the app that comes with the toothbrushes is fully interactive and uses the camera and LiDAR Scanner to show when each quadrant is clean. Add that we also got a water pick for flossing. Renee is very happy

It seems like a parody to me, but hey, whatever works. At least it keeps a bunch of software designers and electronics manufacturing people employed.

Not sure I'd trust a Bluetooth about things dental. But there are probably filters on your iPhone's camera to fix any troubles...

Can we hook our tooth brush up to the internet so it can spy on us while we brush?

Actually do any of you know about LiDar and VR ? Pretty amazing Tech and it geolocates where the toothbrush is located in what quadrant of your mouth as well the pressure you are applying.

    No sharks were jumped

Lidar is a method for measuring distances by illuminating the target with laser light and measuring the time the reflection of the light takes to return to the sensor. Differences in laser return times and wavelengths can then be used to make digital 3-D representations of the target

Yes, I know what it is. I also know that OralB doesn't claim to have Lidar or a camera on their website.

It ABSOLUTELY uses the camera I had to set that all up when I was setting up the Bluetooth, and I believe the brochure said LiDar with the iPhone 12 Pro app. Whatever, it is dead on accurate to know EXACLY where and how much pressure I’m applying.

I expect that it measures the angles at which it is held and the amount of slowing caused by excess pressure.

Try standing on your head and brushing and see if it still gets the correct quadrant.
