Pretty picture from Newfoundland

Jerome Canning is the resident boatbuilder at the Wooden Boat Museum in Winterton, Newfoundland, as well as a furniture builder and an accomplished amateur photographer. Many of his photos are just downright beautiful, as well as evocative of the years that I spent living there. Here is a couple of Jerome's photos from last summer "out 'round the bay":

COVID has taught me that as much as I am drawn to the isolation of those photographs, it really isn't for me. The place is stunningly beautiful, though.

Yes, those photos are lovely. I would be very happy living in such a place. Unfortunately, I am an American.
