Easy life eh? Might be a teensy bit of sarcasm in the title, but a cool painting. Would the sail shape really have been that bad?

If we're gonna get a critical about it (<grin>), my first thought about the subject was, "would the ship really be carrying all her sails if she was approaching or leaving a port and picking up or dropping off a pilot?"

I have seen so many paintings where the flag at the masthead flies in the wrong direction that the criticisms here don't rise to the level of concern.
That said, there are easier ways to make a living than getting between those two ships.
