My first nomination and from my good virtual buddy and fellow Rottweiler aficionado Paul P, I am humbled to even be considered and nominated but I don't know if I'm up to the task.

I'm not sure if I could come up with enough topics and threads, let alone be certain as to which ones to pick that would entertain this mob given my interests are all over the block, if I'm understanding the responsibilities of the position. Heck I've never even been to the pub and my replies to threads is a miserable 3k and change. Threads I've started would amount to less than a dozen, yeah I don't think I'm the guy.

I think he'd be a fine Bilge Rat. I think he misunderstood the qualifications... and thought that the pungent secrets lurking in his past would bias people against him. I suggest to him that a good sex scandal would only enhance his credentials for THIS position. <G>

I'm going to assume that the last line bolded in your post is your approval and hiring of me as your political consultant and campaign manager. I'm going to need 20k a week for the position, but since March starts tomorrow I'll settle for a beer next time I'm in Chicagoland visiting my cousin.
