Default Help needed: Value of Lowell's Boat Shop Salisbury Pt. Skiff?

I'm trying to move toward lighter boats--I'm near the end of building a skin-on-frame Whitehall--and I need to sell my old Salisbury Pt. Skiff. But I have no idea what I should ask for it. It's lapstrake cedar on oak construction and was built at Lowell's Boat Shop around 1980. It's 15' long, with mahogany trim, a centerboard and rudder and a sprit rig. These boats also have epoxy on the bottom so they can be kept out of the water. It's in very good condition, having been stored indoors, but it's in Chicago. I used this boat quite a lot when I was younger and on the East Coast, but I now sadly have to let it go. Any advice or suggestions?

I suspect it was planked with pine, not cedar. Used to have one. Same vintage.
