    Selling up or selling out?

My house goes on the market tomorrow! Jan 11 21

I'm faced with the Everest scaling task of selling off just about everything woodworking related in addition to contracting HVAC equipment tools & refrigerants. (which are really hard to get rid of).

Going to spend the next year traveling, visiting with my kids, meeting some new friends in California before I ultimately move out that way. (A real long shot)

Who knows! I might even be able to make it up to Port Townsend once a year if I get out to the Left coast!

A real positive all this, my hands knees wrists, elbows, & feet are very thankful!

    Congratulations Denise!
That's a big jump, but I suspect you'll adapt pretty quickly Best of luck in all!

All the best for your sale and new adventure.

Hot damn! Adventure time! I know it'll be a lot of work to get there, but here's hoping it turns out to be a good (& long) one.

When you get out here, let me know. We can help coordinate, act as base camp, recommend, whatever.

We can even get the fancy “refugee” trailer we used this year for fire evacuees and set you up in the drive if need be!

Good luck, and have a great time.

This is an awesome step. You are going to have the best time!

Thank you for the encouragement everyone!

I'm finding out how difficult it really is to sell off things, can't even give them away!

It may be some time beforefor I get to the Left coast. Need to spend some time in the deep South with my daughters first.

Thank you thank you very much!

My house went on the market Monday I had seven offers on Sunday all but one offer was 10 to 30% higher than my asking price my next door neighbor is a realtor, her friends made the highest offer, settlement in March if everything goes well. if their offer falls through I have a cash offer from another!

I'm going to travel for about a year and a half hopefully spend quite a bit of time with my daughters in the Chattanooga Tennessee area.
