Now the 11th Circuit Court have reversed the whole Special Master review of trump**’s stolen documents. trump** is toast.
..... again.

Eventually - but not too soon. Trump will appeal up to the SCOTUS - which will take forever.

However, I wouldn't say that the court is likely to reverse the 11th - as this special master thing is a big precedent if it stands."The law is clear. We cannot write a rule that allows any subject of a search warrant to block government investigations after the execution of the warrant," the panel said. "Nor can we write a rule that allows only former presidents to do so."

.
As for the three judge 11th Circuit Court of Appeals panel that ruled unanimously against Trump... it was composed of Judge William H. Pryor, the former attorney general of Alabama, who was nominated to the bench by President George W. Bush and who Trump considered for a Supreme Court appointment while he was in the White House, and Andrew L. Brasher and Britt C. Grant who were nominated by Donald J. Trump.

The orange snot ball still regards himself as president. Even when he was president he wasn't a president. What a pathetic embarrassment that thing is. JayInOz
"I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn't lose any voters, OK?" Trump remarked
He still thinks he should be above the law.
It's telling that his remark is that the SCOTUS always rules against him. How many people have a career losing streak at the SCOTUS. So unfair. That guy is further up his own ass than anyone else ever. Notice in the recent photos of him and K West that he's got his desk at maralago decorated to look just like the Oval Office. He still sends out his statements from the POTUS. He still thinks he's still president and that he's gonna get privilege, and boy is he going to be disappointed. So, so unfair. Whadda putz. Whadda maroon. And to think there are still whole legions of mouthbreathers with guns who still want him to be president, and still think he got robbed in the last election.
The Jan 6 committee's staffers are preparing to publish an eight-chapter report in mid-December 2022 before the 117th Congress ends.
In October 2022, Representative Lofgren told Nicole Wallace on Deadline: White House that the DOJ will receive the select committee's final report at the same time the public receives it, though the DOJ's version will likely be unredacted
Ok, I think it's a safe bet that, once bitten by my enthusiastic jumping of the gun, I am at last prepared to state categorically what is now becoming increasingly obvious........in this case a picture says one word. No mucking about...short and to the point!

You can eat toast.
SCOTUS has already made a swift, brutal, unanimous and unsigned ruling against Trump on a lesser part of this same case. The talking heads think the court will not be inconsistent with itself in a second (but equally elementary) ruling on the same case.

The Court of Appeals didn't just find that the Special Master rigamorole was improperly done, and reverse the trial court's order.
They found that the trial court had no jurisdiction to do anything, and dismissed the case entirely. Trump's entire lawsuit, poof. Whether he's the President, ex-President, candidate for President, or even a citizen, is irrelevant, as is the lack of precedent. How could there be precedent where there is no jurisdiction?
Jurisdiction is like the first line in the Troubleshooting Section of your lawnmower' manual:
"1. Is there fuel in the tank?"
Because if not, you're going nowhere. Go ahead and clean the spark plug.
There was search warrant, and a search. Trump dreamed up a kind of lawsuit that doesn't exist and filed it in a different court.
Imagine if the FBI gets a warrant to search some narco trafficker's hideout. Couple shootings, drugs, money, weapons seized, hostages freed, bodies found.
Mr. Narco files a lawsuit asking a different judge to appoint a special master so he can get his Herschel Walker bobblehead back, and meanwhile, the FBI if forbidden to use the stuff it seized in its continuing investigation. The special master takes custody of everything and doles it back out to the FBI in dribs and drabs, after painstaking secret review.
GTFOOH.

SCOTUS is dominated by judges too, so any ruling they might make would be judgmental. (Emphasis on the latter part of the word if Alito or Thomas wrote it)

Anyone have any idea how much money Toast has pocketed since losing the election? Selling conspiracy theories may be his most successful business venture yet.
There is no rational, logical, or physical description of how free will could exist. It therefore makes no sense to praise or condemn anyone on the grounds they are a free willed self that made one choice but could have chosen something else. There is no evidence that such a situation is possible in our Universe. Demonstrate otherwise and I will be thrilled.

McCarthy already knows what they have on him. He doesn't need a copy of the report. He did all the things the report is going to say he did, and he knows what he did.
His problem, obviously, is that he'd like to squelch the report so his intimate connection to the entire process can stay concealed.
He needs to be in prison, like all the rest.
It's December 2nd. The committee disbands at the end of this year. In 29 days the whole thing is going to blow up in his face.
A society predicated on the assumption that everyone in it should want to get rich is not well situated to become either ethical or imaginative.

Outrageous twit #3457

“A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution,” Trump wrote.
The post came a day after Twitter’s new owner, Elon Musk, claimed he would expose how Twitter engaged in “free speech suppression” in the run-up to the 2020 election. But his “Twitter Files” did not show that the tech giant bent to the will of Democrats.
“UNPRECEDENTED FRAUD REQUIRES UNPRECEDENTED CURE!” Trump followed up in another post on Saturday afternoon on Truth Social.
I'd much rather lay in my bunk all freakin day lookin at Youtube videos .
