    Default ID this odd coin

My brother passed away last summer and this coin was among his possessions. It's about the size of an American quarter (25) and it's silver colored, not bronze colored as the photo shows. Both sides are the same image. He had it in a protective plastic sleeve like a collectible coin would be but there is considerable wear on the surface. So it's not new. The thing is a mystery to me. Does anyone recognize it?

I'm not looking to cash in on this at all. I'm simply curious... what is it, why did he have it. That sort of thing. My brother didn't have much, but he did have this.

I think it was dispensed from the stainless object discovered in Utah.

It’s a Japanese Pachinko token. It says Kon Ko Ru Do, or Concorde. Believe it or not, there’s a Pachinko Coin Reddit site.
