Biden wins, but Republicans keep the senate.
Trump wins, but Dems win the senate.
Trump wins, and GOP keeps senate.
Biden and dems win; then the court guts the ACA, overturns Roe, and ends same sex marriage.
How many voters would blame the sitting president?
What price, if any would be paid in 2022 by senators who voted to confirm Barrett?
If the dems win house and senate, do they impeach Kavanaugh (it appears he lied)?
What are the odds of this election being decided by the courts?
Hope the door hits him on the way out.

No matter how true to justice principles she turns out to be, and how much she excludes her religious principles from judgements, every decision she makes will be seen, and questioned, in the light of her compromised appointment.
The only reason I can see she has not withdrawn herself is because she intends to follow her religion, not strictly the law.
