He will not even face a trial because the US has lost enough face (and believe me that will be important in the Asian century coming) already and a series of trials is the last thing the Dems will want, given they win. There is also precedent to consider, and that alone will give Biden, on behalf of future Presidents, caution. Such a trial(s) would really light a brushfire in an already volatile situation.

Biden and the Dems would have enough to do to manage the Covid situation, it's far too late to actually do anything about controlling it.
