Son... I say son... you really need to open your mind. Broaden your horizons. Remove the okra and corn cob from your fundament.

I present to you... the ABSOLUTELY BEST Porsche paint color ever ---

Her Mercedes was in the shop the day of the photo shoot so she had to borrow a friend's car.

ETA - well, Paul's pretty much poured water on any idea on riffing on that particular theme.

I had one of these in the shop for a paint job etc. and my painter in talking with the customer referred to it as " baby sh!t brown"
The customer came and took it out of the shop next day! LOL
(which was too bad for him, because old Tom (r.i.p.) was the best painter I ever knew he spoiled me for life. He had two cars featured on the covers of Hot Rod magazine)
The car was sold back to Germany...

Old Tom knew the name, but he was a jokester...
(I think he just didn't really like the customer, you get a way of knowing which are going to be "pain" customer after a lifetime of doing that work.
He probably saved me a world of grief on that one!)
Every day, 7:00 am, Tom would have a new joke

This thread got me curious enough to go on porsche.com to see what the current color palette looks like.

    ugh.

    red white black yellow
    six shades of metallic grey.
    four exceptionally garish "special" colors.

Pathetic. Not a single worthy color offered.
