What a remarkable thread! Awesome drawing / engineering skills. What program are you using?
It looks like Rhino,a very good piece of software and I recognise the amount of work that has been done.
The fuel cap and the location where it will stay. The hull you see is the inner hull.
The wider white frames are reinforcement, the cyan are the normal ones and the green lines are the deposit and ballast tank frames.
