Would it be feasible for one to print out a ballot and drop it off at City Hall?

I'm thinking we print out the actual ballot, which would not identify the voter.

The voter would put the ballot in an envelope, and in a second envelope. The outside envelope would require some specific data that only the voter could provide.

Once the outside envelope passages its 'test', the inside envelope goes in with countable ballots.

I'm sure we've all seen democrats asked, "What can congress do?", and that all their answers are feeble: We can investigate. We control the purse.

FACT is that there's NOTHING the Democrats in congress can do to save the postal service in time, and states are going to have to figure out how to hold elections under these circumstances.

So, let's see what ideas we can come up with, and maybe pass on to our state reps.
