I'm a fan of yoga pants, also. My sweetie has some that get rave reviews here.

Twenty five years ago I thought Iíd take yoga regularly to help with a stressful set of circumstances. It was Iyengar yoga which I do not think my hips were made for. One day stepping out of my truck I felt the top of my femur kind of go weird in the joint. I think too many years of cycling didnít compliment that kind of yoga.

I did yoga for several years in my 30's. Working in the shop tends to build more strength than flexibility. And I was playing a lot of raquetball back then, so wanted the flexibility. Helped me.

Then, sadly, both my r'ball partner, and my yoga partner moved away... and then I went off to grad school. So all of that petered out. Did more mountain biking and motorcycle riding in Austin.

I think at least for a while Gareth was doing that, he said the scenery was great.

Slacker! Her heel should be flat on the mat.
My wife has been doing yoga for years and it really helps with flexibility. At 69, she is as limber as a cat.
I just can't motivate myself to do it also.
I was born on a wooden boat that I built myself.

I find it more believable if the yogi had a beard and a little paunch, like my book on yoga poses

Good friend, ex Marine and now a union carpenter, became a yoga instructor. He was doing this move on a SUP yesterday. It was impressive to see, but somehow less engaging than this photograph.

There are two kinds of boaters: those who have run aground, and those who lie about it.

It's all about keeping the toes pointed. Exercise with out grace. Wink, wink, say no more.
