Similar to my last post but the stern seating area is now complete. I still have lots of sanding to do and rounding over of the forward edge but it's getting much closer.

The working Lincolnville salmon wherry landed and took off from a beach; coming in there would be a load. So protection from bottom wear was important.Originally Posted by Bruce Brown

Another step towards a May 1st launch. The stern sheets (is that the right terminology?) are now epoxied in and have received their first coat of varnish. I was a little surprised that a couple of the lighter contrasting strips have almost disappeared next to their slightly darker neighbours but what the heck. That won't affect either the floatation or the performance.
