Default A good fishermans anchor patten.

I have remade a homemade anchor to this pattern, it works well. Anchors are geosims, so if you want to go bigger or smaller, just multiply all dimensions by the same factor.

It really is quite difficult to build an ugly wooden boat.

A bigger or smaller version where all the dimensions are scaled by the same factor. Geometrically similar.

Really cool. Do you have a picture of the anchor?

I made a small three piece anchor for my 15' dinghy using that geometry. I've only used it a few times in nice conditions, but it seems to dig in easily and hold well.

Ours is pretty similar, copied more the Herreshof design. A good reference: https://www.woodenboat.com/herreshof...e-stock-anchor
