I'm an NRA life member (due to national competition 40 years ago), and I say BURN'EM! Completely corrupt. No effort to reform themselves. I only stay a member because a) costs them (I haven't paid dues in 40 years, just that initial life member fee), I continue to get the magazine monthly for free, good tech articles but also I can keep an eye on their crazy opinions, and b) I have voting rights for board members (but useless due to nominating committee screening out anyone reasonable), hoping someday for a reasonable candidate.

Why would I wonder at all? They’ve had their big edifice headquarters for 20+ years and have raked in the cash forever. None of this is new, and gun peeps seemed to be fine with it.
