A couple of census ago, so many people put Jedi Knight in the box for religion that it only missed the criteria to become an "official" religion by a tiny margin. Its the one box on the census form in which you're entitled to put whatever you wish.
Incidentally, the census results on that subject indicate that New Zealand is quite possibly the least religious country on the planet, and may well have the highest degree of religious freedom.
