    Default Bring a trailer experience.

Just sold my M roadster on BAT. It was a good experience. I like the way they run the auctions, especially with 2 minute extensions if there is activity at auctions end. My car went up almost $3000 after the official auction close.
Buyer flew into SAV and drove the car back to Chicago Saturday. Nice guy, car went to a good home.
Was a bit sad seeing it go away, but I really wasnt driving it much, and Id really rather have the $$ for the right boat for us.

    Don't do it, bluedog!

    Far too dangerous!

I visited several years ago, and I barely got outta there without a Unimog!

Thanks, the most fun car I’ve ever owned. A real sleeper too. Most think its “just a Z3”, but the 01’s and 02’s got the S54 motor from the M3. 3.2 liter, individual throttle bodies and adjustable can timing on both exhaust and intake. 8000 rpm redline. 315hp, bigger brakes, more rubber.
BMW will never build an engine like that again.
Drove it for almost 8 years and 32,000 miles. Total depreciation? $360.

I misread it and thought it went for $3000. I was kicking myself!

Very nice car. I bet it's a lot of fun.

That's outstanding for any car, exceptional for a BMW.
