    Re: your worst impulse buy

Not much to offer... but I do have one minor fashion mistake that seems to have stuck with me.

High school. A summer weekend. Walking the promenade in Seaside, Oregon - among the trinkets, tourists, salt-water taffy, and bumper-car rides. Went into a clothing store and fell in love with a rather gaudy striped long-sleeved henley shirt with built-in biceps-garters. The 'riverboat gambler' look. I only wore it a few times. Every time I did - it garnered a mixed reaction of puzzlement and ridicule. IIRC, the fudge I bought next door was perfectly fine. Hard to go wrong with fudge.

Most recently, I'm thinking the non-running Miller Bobcat 225NT.

When I have time, I'll turn it into a mailbox.....after I get finished with all the other stupid chit I waste time on.
