Thumbs up Puget Sound/San Juans Sailng Crew Needed

I am seeking able* crew to sail from Friday Harbor to/from any of the events listed below. Go one way? Fine. I’ll send you back to/from Friday Harbor on the Clipper or bus. I‘m flexible! Ask me anything about this. You’re welcome to stay on the boat for the duration.

I use a wheelchair on land (last 10-years).
I’ve sailed as much as possible for more than 50 years. I can’t sail alone now, because I can't walk more than a couple of steps,, and need minor help ashore also. I don’t need a nurse. On the boat, I stay in the cockpit, navigate, and steer. I’m good at explaining what needs to be done and how. I’m very careful on the water and considerate of crew. I can give you links to my professional resume and sailing resume if you contact me. References if needed.

NYMPH is exhibiting in some events. I'll entertain the guests, you go enjoy yourself.

PM me here soon, or pass along this PDF. -

    * able means: listens well, can hoist and lower sails, handle anchor and windlass, assist in docking and line handling, keep gear tidy and accessible on deck and below.

    Thanks. Jack.

    EVENTS

Day-Sailing or over-nighting in the San Juan Islands, anytime. This may be a way to become 'able' if you're a lubber.

Good luck finding crew Jack! If I were closer I would sign on myself.

If it looks like I'm not going to get my Navigator done in time, Ill certainly help out with PTWBF. I'm sure I'll know by the end of June.
There's the plan, then there's what actually happens.
