Default Yard Boat Southold New York

Roadside boat in front of a marina. Has been in situ for many years. Not for sale; posted for informational and entertainment purposes.

There are two kinds of boaters: those who have run aground, and those who lie about it.

Shes bronze fastened. Slot head screws. Plywood is barely checked.

That's fantastic. The matching helm wheels are just too much.

Ahhh, ..... I have seen her there a number of times. I check out the "Modern boat works" whenever I get over to the island for business. Last time I was there I also checked out this Jersey sea skiff that winters there. She belongs to an acquaintance of mine. I might be doing some significant work on her next winter.

She's a beaut. Snapped this pic of her today. Meant to take a better look when we got back, but I forgot. New or different hull paint, huh? She looks pearl grey now, not white.( to me)

What size and pitch is that prop? Can you slip it in your pocket?

Hmmm,.... As I remember she has a pretty good size four blade (but then it would be for a Cat 3208 in a 31 ft boat). I will probably be able to tell you exactly when she is sitting in my yard next winter.
